Terms and Conditions
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Goods returned after the due date will incur an additional charge pro rata to the length overdue. Please see the detailed charge structure
in-store or on our web site.
There will be a minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the order value (£25 minimum per outfit) if you have given us more than seven
days notice of your intention to cancel. Any items cancelled with less than seven days notice prior to the contracted collection date will
be liable for full payment. If you have used one of our special offer schemes, the terms and conditions and cancellation clauses relating
to that scheme will additionally apply.
A charge (up to the full retail value) may be levied for loss or damage whilst the goods are in the customer’s care, unless covered by
the accidental damage waiver (ADW). The ADW provides cover for accidental damage up to the retail value of the goods hired. It does
not cover top hats. It does not cover loss, theft or malicious damage, nor does it cover events already covered by other insurance. Loss
of suit carriers, hangers etc. will be charged at the current prices as displayed in-store or on our web site.
The Security Deposit charged or payment card details retained as security will be refunded or cancelled only on return of the hired
goods in accordance with these conditions of hire and may be used in part or in full to satisfy your obligations for additional charges.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PURCHASES
We are unable to accept returns of “sale” purchases for refund or exchange, so please be sure of your choice before you buy.
We are happy to exchange any full price purchases if returned to us within seven days, but we cannot offer a refund.
On special orders and made to order items, your deposit will be non refundable once we have placed your order with our supplier(s).
None of this will affect your statutory rights.
